What do I need to run Zoomosaic?
A Mac with macOS 14 Sonoma or later.
Which image formats are supported?
Everything macOS can read: JPEG, PNG, HEIC/HEIF, WebP, AVIF, TIFF, GIF, BMP, PSD, camera RAW and more. Folders are scanned recursively; hidden files are skipped.
Where are my ratings and flags saved?
On your Mac, keyed by each file's path, so they come back whenever you reopen the folder. Moving or renaming a file starts it with no marks.
Does Zoomosaic change my files?
No. It only reads them. Copying to a folder and moving to the Trash happen only when you choose those commands, and the Trash can be restored from Finder.
How does the free trial work?
Choose Try Free for 14 Days in the upgrade sheet. Every Pro feature unlocks for 14 days with no charge. Afterwards Pro features lock again unless you buy, and everything else keeps working.
How do I restore a purchase on another Mac?
Sign in with the same Apple ID and choose Restore Purchases in the upgrade sheet or in Settings.
How do I cancel the yearly subscription?
Open the App Store, click your name, then Account Settings › Subscriptions › Manage. Or choose Manage Subscription in Zoomosaic's Settings.
The canvas feels slow on a huge folder.
The first open analyses every image; later opens use the cache and are much faster. Clearing the cache in Settings › Storage forces a rebuild if something looks stale.
